Q: Can I use a different color than what is recommended for the optional font?
A: Yes. We are happy to try to accommodate your request. Just let us know what color you would prefer.

Q: Can I see a proof prior to printing?
A: Yes. We are happy to send you a proof to review and make changes if necessary.

Q: Can I have the personalization at the bottom of the product (ie notepad or correspondence card) instead of underneath the image?
A: Yes! Just let us know and we will send you a proof prior to printing.

Q: Do you charge for proofs?
A: No. We require a proof for photo cards and invitation but if you wish to see one on any product prior to printing, just let us know.

Q: Do you charge if I make a change to the proof?
A: No. We want you to love what you order from Hampton Paper and will make the changes necessary until you do!

Q: Are there other images available then what is posted on your site?
A: Sometimes. We get new images every few weeks (and we do try to post them immediately!) so depending on when you are looking we may have some new ones that are not posted yet.

Q: Can you change the color of an image?
A: No. The images are based on hand painted water colors so in order to change the color, the image would have to be repainted.

Q: Can I find these images anywhere else?
A: No. All of the image are painted exclusively for and owned by Hampton Paper Designs.

Q: I have an image idea, what should I do?
A: Let us know. If it something we think will be a great addition to our portfolio, we are happy to add it.

Q: I want a custom image done.
A: Please contact for details on the process and pricing.

Q: I am planning a party and want to use a product at favors. Do you offer volume discounts?
A: Yes. Please contact us for details.

Q: How much is shipping?
A: Flat fee of $6.00
